SUPREME SCREW PRODUCTS, INC. in Plainview, NY seeks a CNC Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for Swiss screw turning machines. The role directs staff, plans preventive maintenance, and oversees safety and compliance, with a strong emphasis on timeliness and efficiency.

Required are 5+ years in maintenance leadership on Swiss screw machines, plus strong planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities. On-site role with excellent growth potential in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role with Swiss screw machines.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Experience repair on CNC Swiss screw machines.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Diploma or degree in related fields; CMM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directing, training, and supervising maintenance staff, ensuring resources and skills.
• Managing daily maintenance activities, including installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Developing and managing employee schedules and routines.
• Developing budgets for maintenance activities, spare parts, and staff; tracking expenses.
• Negotiating and managing service contracts for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Contributing to long-term facility planning and energy efficiency projects.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and OSHA/ISO13485 compliance.
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
