Schivo Medical in Plainview, NY is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team, oversee CNC machine repair, and ensure a safe, efficient facility. You will implement preventative maintenance programs and coordinate service contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance leadership with CNC Swiss screw machines (Tornos/Deco). Strong planning, budgeting, and communication skills, plus knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as maintenance manager or similar role with Swiss screw machines (Tornos/Deco 10&13, Swiss Nano).

Responsibilities

• Directing, training, and supervising maintenance staff and allocating resources.
• Managing daily maintenance activities including installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Developing and managing staff schedules and routines.
• Developing maintenance budgets covering parts and staff and tracking expenses.
• Negotiating and managing service contracts for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO13485, OSHA and safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Leads company-wide safety initiatives.

A CNC Maintenance manager oversees the maintenance of cnc machine repair, company's facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment, implement preventative maintenance programs. Supervise staff, coordinating repairs, managing service contracts, and contributing to long-term facility planning. Strong emphasis on time management.
