Job summary
Barrett is seeking a CNC Maintenance Specialist to keep our precision machining facility running at peak performance. You will plan, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on CNC machines, electrical and hydraulic systems, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborating with production and engineering staff.
You will lead preventive maintenance, drive reliability improvements, and ensure OSHA safety standards are met while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to minimize
Qualifications
- Certificate or equivalent experience in maintenance or electronics field, specifically in CNC Milling and Turning equipment.
- 7 to 10 years of related experience in CNC maintenance.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of CNC machines, industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and PM schedules to minimize downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting, repair and replacement of machinery, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain a CMMS program to optimize maintenance workflows.
