Job summary

Barron Industries, a leader in aerospace and defense manufacturing since 1983, is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our Oxford, MI team. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, support robotics and automated systems, minimize downtime, and collaborate with production to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Support robotics and automated systems (experience with robotics is a plus).
• Minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a mission-critical production environment.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
