Arch Medical Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Blandon, PA to perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include inspecting CNC machinery, lubricating parts, replacing filters, and ensuring safety features function correctly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and inspection of CNC machinery and identify issues.
• Lubricate moving parts and replace air/oil filters as needed.
• Inspect belts and components for wear, alignment, and tension.
• Test safety features and emergency stop functions for compliance.
• Monitor coolant and hydraulic systems; replace fluids as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to management.
• Respond to work orders and monitor inventory of tools and supplies.
