Ultimate Staffing in Haverhill, MA is seeking CNC Machinists for multiple openings. Direct Hire with shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; pay range $54,000–$81,000+ depending on experience, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Roles include setting up and operating CNC lathes and HMCs, reading blueprints, GD&T, and conducting in-process inspections. Senior staff may train and mentor others while improving processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, routers, or multi-axis equipment.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus for senior roles.

Responsibilities

Are you a CNC Machinist looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth? We are actively hiring for multiple CNC machining openings and are seeking professionals with experience in CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, routers, and multi-axis equipment.

Whether you're an experienced Machinist II ready for your next step or a senior-level Machinist/Lead looking to mentor others and drive process improvements, we'd love to speak with you.

Location: Haverhill, MA

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Direct Hire | $54,000-$81,000+ Depending on Experience

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus available after completing 90 days of employment

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, technical skill level, and machining background. Opportunities are available for both Machinist II and Machinist III/Lead-level professionals.
