We are seeking a CNC Machinist I to join our Hemet, CA production team. The role requires at least 1 year of hands-on machining experience and involves operating CNC and/manual mills and lathes to produce precision components.

Responsibilities include setup, read blueprints, adjust tooling, measure parts, and perform in-process inspections, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. High School diploma or GED required; forklift experience a plus.

Competenze

• Experience operating manual lathes or mills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining fundamentals.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and in-process inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience:1+ years operating manual lathes or mills
• Education:High School Diploma or GEDrequired
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of machining fundamentals (speeds, feeds, tooling)
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in machining
• Experience in a production manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus)
