We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team across multiple shifts. This role involves setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Mills using a variety of control systems including Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth controls. Ideal candidates will be capable of making program edits, setting offsets, and fine-tuning machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Mills with various control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Smooth)

Perform in-machine program edits, adjust speeds and feeds, and set tool offsets as needed

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications

Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

Proven CNC machining experience with both Lathes and Mills

Proficient in operating and adjusting machines using Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, and Smooth controls

Skilled in blueprint reading, program editing, and part inspection

Strong knowledge of machining operations and tooling

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

Basic tools required; owning personal tools is a plus

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred
