Allient Inc. is a global publicly traded company with over 2200 employees at 27 locations in 11 countries. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our production team. This role involves operating precision machinery to produce components for brushless motors, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, coil winders, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
• Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools.
• Basic understanding of CNC machining principles.
• Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

Physical Requirements:
