Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or technical training preferred.
• One year experience as a driller or pattern rigger considered.

Responsabilités

• Follow supervisor instructions for setups and tooling.
• Perform pre-shift inspections, start machines, and conduct first part inspections.
• Learn and follow all work instructions.
• Measure dimensions with precision instruments.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tools and fixtures under supervision.
• Make minor fixture adjustments under supervision.
• Stop machines to remove finished parts or change tooling.
• Ensure proper lubrication and cooling of workpieces.
• Verify and record first part inspections.
