Qualifications

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment for ductile iron parts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and The McWane Way principles.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor/Team Lead instructions for setups and tooling.
• Learn and follow work instructions and quality checks.
• Measure finished parts with precision instruments.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently, with proper tooling/setup.
