Qualifications

• A minimum of CNC schooling and 1+ years of experience in CNC machining is preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T.
• Applied experience with various inspection methods (hand gages, CMM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling.
• Run large machining centers (VTL or HBM).
• Edit and maintain CNC programs.
• Perform machine setup and operation as needed.
• Inspect and measure machined components.
• Train and develop less experienced AT&F machinists.

Our large Horizontal Boring Mills and Lathes use the Siemens Sinumerik One Controller with Digital Twin.

The Goals and Challenges of this Role:

• Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling.
• Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM
• Edit and maintain CNC programs
• Perform machine setup and operation as needed.
• Inspection and measurement of machined components.
• Train and develop less experienced AT&F machinists.

What You Should Bring to this Role:

• A minimum of CNC schooling and 1+ years of experience in CNC machining is preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T.
• Applied experience with various inspection methods (hand gages, CMM, etc.)
• Overhead crane operation and rigging experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills for email, web-based communications.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the role. Starting pay depends on your skills, experience, and ability to perform the job.
