ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Level 1 CNC Machinist for the West St. Louis County facility on first shift. This temp-to-hire role supports a machining department focused on precision components, requiring keen attention to detail and reliability.

You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, inspect parts, and maintain a safe, organized work area while growing machining skills in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience or completion of technical/trade school program.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.
• Must have own basic machinist tools (calipers, micrometers, deburring tools)

Responsibilities

CNC Machinist Level 1 - 1stOR 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Level 1 CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Machining Department supporting production of high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a dependable work ethic, which will align successfully in this team-oriented environment.

Job Title: CNC Machinist Level 1 (Temp-to-Hire) Location: West St. Louis County (centrally located) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Range: $24 – $28/hour depending on experience for 1st shift

What You’ll Do
