Production Saw & Machine Co. in Michigan seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Short Run team. The ideal candidate will set up jobs from start to finish, interpret blueprints, and program G-code for lathe, mills, and machining centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years CNC setup experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Experience on Lathe, Mills and Machining Center setups.
• Set up jobs from start to finish including jaws/work holding and tool setup; G‑code programming may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs from start to finish.
• Communicate with Quality and Engineering to ensure efficient runs.
• Operate CNC machines between setup tasks and meet/exceed efficiency targets.
• Maintain mechanical integrity of the machine through maintenance and housekeeping.
