Reliable Equipment MFG Co. is seeking a Machinist / Machine Setup Operator to join a clean, air-conditioned facility serving the Power and Utility industry. You will set up and run CNC milling jobs, interpret drawings, and coordinate with fellow operators to maximize throughput while maintaining quality.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC setup experience, a mechanical background, and strong attention to detail. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years operating CNC and set up of machines.
• Mechanical or technical background.
• Safety protocols knowledge and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run existing jobs on CNC milling equipment (vertical and horizontal).
• Perform machining operations with focus on cost/time efficiency while ensuring print-toleranced quality.
• Operate multiple machine tools in coordination with others to maximize productivity.
• Interpret drawings and work orders; document production activities.
