The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Set up and operate CNC machining centers
Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and machining processes
Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications
Select tooling and establish offsets, feeds, and speeds
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Verify part quality using precision measuring tools
Make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Maintain machine cleanliness, tooling organization, and shop-floor standards
Work independently with minimal supervision
