Job Summary

Kennametal seeks talented machinists and programmers transitioning into sales roles. Responsible for driving metal-cutting tool sales growth, managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and increasing productivity. The role combines technical knowledge and sales skills, working mainly in the field with a company vehicle, base salary plus performance bonus, and benefits from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by providing metal cutting solutions.
• Manage sales leads, prospects, and new accounts.
• Handle the complete sales process from prospecting to sourcing.
• Develop strategic territory plans for revenue growth.
• Respond to pre-sales technical and commercial queries.
• Maintain customer and project records in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
• Represent Kennametal at industry events.
• Analyze complex application needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on progress and forecasts.

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
