United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a CNC Machinist (Raptor Combustion Devices & Valves) to operate, set up, and program CNC machines, including DMG, Niigata, and Heller, to meet program rate targets and deliver high-precision parts.

The role offers a tiered pay range ($23.00–$38.00/hour) with three levels, plus stock options, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, PTO, holidays, and other discounts. ITAR compliance and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in CNC machining
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
• Proficient in high efficiency milling and turning

Responsibilities

• Operate, setup, and program CNC machines to achieve program rate targets
• Perform precision set-ups on state-of-the-art assets
• Prioritize daily work to maximize machine uptime
• Manage cutting tools and ensure tooling readiness
• Perform on/off machine deburr of hardware
• Operate CMM, borescope, and line equipment per requirements
• Perform weekly/monthly CNC preventative maintenance
• Maintain shop cleanliness and 5S
• Support teammates in a fast-paced environment
• Document data with work instructions and test plans
• Introduce new machining/fixturing ideas for efficiency
