InterAction24 is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a stable, long-term position in Bellefonte, PA. The role involves hands-on CNC programming, machine setups, and operating CNC mills and lathes.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, be able to read blueprints, and troubleshoot machining issues while maintaining high-quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment. First Shift, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Hands-on CNC programming experience required.
• Ability to independently perform CNC machine setups required.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Knowledge of tooling, offsets, machining processes, and precision measurements.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.

Mansioni

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and turning equipment.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
• Make programming and machining adjustments to ensure accurate production.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain consistent production quality.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Work with precision-machined components, including cylindrical parts.
• Support specialized machining processes, including grinding and core drilling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
