Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
• Proven CNC Machinist experience and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficient in CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Familiar with GD&T and precision measuring tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for personal safety and for the safety of others; maintain housekeeping.
• Set up, indicate, and machine raw material to OEM print dimensions.
• Develop and edit CNC programs using G-code and related languages.
• Verify program accuracy and troubleshoot programming issues.
• Cross-train on machines to prevent production flow lapses.
• Understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds/feeds, coolant needs.
• Interpret GD&T per part drawings.
• Potential field assignments; some travel may be required.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies.
