Job summary

AR Systems Inc. in West Chester, PA is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our on-site team.

You will work with advanced multi-axis machining technology to produce precision medical device components on Mazak Integrex/5-Axis, Star Swiss lathes, and related platforms. Candidates should be proficient in setup and operation of CNC equipment, blueprint interpretation, tooling selection, and precision inspection using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other metrology tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
• Select tooling and perform offset adjustments.

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists who want to work with advanced multi-axis machining technology while producing precision medical device components used in life-changing applications. Whether your background is Mazak, Swiss, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Citizen, Tsugami, DMG Mori, Makino, or similar CNC equipment, we'd like to speak with you.

Equipment: Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets, Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers, Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes, Advanced Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms

What You'll Do
