Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to create, modify, and optimize milling and drilling programs, set up HAAS machines, and ensure high-precision parts.

You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, troubleshoot tooling, and train junior machinists while collaborating with the quality team to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with HAAS systems preferred.
• Familiarity with CAM software and precision instruments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
