Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist with strong programming skills to operate and maintain CNC machines, create and modify CNC programs, and ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will understand machining processes, blueprints, and CAD/CAM software, and be capable of troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines.
• Understand CNC programs such as CAD/CAM software and modify existing programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments as necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to machine performance, tooling, and programming. Implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and maintenance activities. Update and document changes in CNC programs and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist with hands-on programming skills. Experience with HASS CNC machines is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (CAD/CAM software, SolidWorks), and machining techniques. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors. Ability to follow detailed instructions and provide feedback.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
