Job description

The Jr. Programmer Analyst will be responsible for key tasks related to ServiceNow administration, data integration, and reporting.

Job Type : 6 - 12 months (W2 without benefits) No C2C / No Sponsorship

Responsibilities include :

• Managing user accounts, configuring workflows, customizing forms, and performing routine platform maintenance within ServiceNow.
• Developing and managing SQL-based datasets from multiple sources for seamless integration with ServiceNow.
• Assisting in data integration efforts to ensure clean, accessible, and reliable data availability.
• Supporting business users in accessing and utilizing ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Designing and maintaining SSRS and Power BI reports for internal and external reporting needs.
• Providing troubleshooting and support for data visibility, access, and reporting issues.
• Debugging and resolving issues within the AHIS .NET-based application, including bug fixes and minor enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

• 1-3 years of experience in IT, programming, or data analysis.
• Practical expertise in ServiceNow administration, including user setup, workflow configuration, and basic scripting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming for data extraction, transformation, and system integration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Experience in SSRS and Power BI report development.
• Working knowledge of .NET applications with the ability to assist in debugging and minor code modifications.
