Job summary

Caliberr Staffing partners with a Johnson County machine shop in Indiana to recruit a CNC Machinist/Programmer who enjoys problem solving and working on complex components. The role supports industries such as aerospace, racing, automotive, and more.

• Own the programming through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to manufacture prototype components.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools.
• Maintain and monitor CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep accurate and detailed activity logs.

Qualifications:

• CNC programming via GibbsCAM, setup, and operation experience.
• Experience with 5 axis CNC or more!
• Ability to own the process from Programming through completion.
• Willing to entertain fresh graduates (paybased on experience)
• $35-$45/hour (depending on experience)
