AFC Industries in Newton, IA is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers, Lathes or Grinders, and to machine parts to print details with tight tolerances while collaborating with engineering and office staff. Qualified applicants will have 3–5 years CNC experience, preferably CNC programming, and a High School Diploma or GED (Tool and Die degree is a plus).

• 3–5 years CNC machine operation experience.
• Experience with CNC programming strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; Tool and Die a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC VMCs, Lathes or Grinders.
• Machine parts to print details and inspect tolerances.
• Operate multiple machines when possible.
• Collaborate with management, engineering and office staff.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
