Lincoln Electric is seeking a CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers to produce precision components. You will select tooling, verify work against prints, and maintain machines for peak performance.

You will read micrometers and gauges, perform basic inspections, keep the work area clean, and support the machine shop supervisor with ongoing process improvements and quality control.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year CNC machining center experience preferred.
• G-code or Mazatrol experience required.

Aufgaben

• Set-up each work piece so that it can be machined in the most efficient way possible.
• Determine proper tooling to run specific job(s).
• Proper maintenance of machining centers.
• Housekeeping and clean-up of machines and general work area.
• Inspect own work to ensure prints are achieved.
• Assist Machine Shop Supervisor with work requirements.
• Make corrections to prints as needed with Supervisor/Engineering.
• Recommend machining programs and processes.
• Read micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions.
