Qualifications

• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain work area in accordance with 5S requirements.
• Complete all qualifications and trainings as required to achieve and maintain skill level.
• Read and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Possess basic math skills, utilize measuring devices, and read drawings.
• Use fork trucks, floor cranes, high lifts, and other mobile equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up various CNC machines.
• Report any errors, defective material, or faulty equipment.
• Operates machine, select speed and setup.
• Performs preventative maintenance to maintain equipment.
• Inspects work and completes inspection forms.
• Handles materials as necessary, loading and unloading.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Provides in-house shop support as directed by supervisor.
• Work with programmer to ensure machine does not sit idle.
