Job summary

Watts is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to operate lathes and milling machines in our Franklin, NH facility. This on-site role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires careful monitoring of CNC equipment to ensure high-quality parts.

2nd Shift Hours: 2:30pm - 11pm with overtime as needed. Strong measuring and blueprint-reading skills, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges and plug gauges.
• Experience reading blueprints required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
• Check and document product specifications per QA and Supervisor.
