Job summary

Watts Water Technologies’ Franklin, NH facility is seeking a skilled tool, die, and gauge maker to design, modify, and fixtures and to support production with CNC programming and bench operations. You will work with toolmakers, engineers, and operators to analyze production issues and implement improvements on dies and gauges.

The role requires deep knowledge of tooling, CAD/CAM programming, and precision measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vocational or high school with 10+ years of tool, die, and gauge‑making experience.
• Extensive knowledge of tool making, machining technology, and precision measuring procedures.
• Advanced CAD/CAM programming and die design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and specify design changes to tools, dies, and fixtures, including planning and creating change methods and temporary fixtures.
• Program and run CNC equipment and build tool/fixture components from drawings.
• Plan layout, machining operations, and tooling requirements; repair and recondition dies.
• Work with Operators and Engineers to problem solve on the production floor.
