Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to bring designs to life by operating CNC mills, lathes, and routers with GD&T-driven accuracy. You will review work orders, load materials, set up machines, troubleshoot issues, and inspect parts to meet exacting quality standards while collaborating with fabrication and production teams on schedule.

Strong math, reading blueprints, and familiarity with CAD/CAM tools are essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely

Qualifications

Review work orders, blueprints, and specifications to plan machining operations and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and routers to produce parts per specs.
Load materials, adjust settings, and verify first-run parts with precision instruments.
Inspect finished parts and maintain QA throughout the process.
Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to meet schedules.
Follow safety procedures and maintain organized documentation.
