Job summary

Foodera Technologies, a leader in food‑processing equipment, seeks a skilled Machinist. You will program, set up, and operate NC/CNC machines, interpret blueprints, and ensure precision with tight tolerances while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires hands‑on CNC experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in machining.
• Background in CNC machining strongly preferred.
• Experience programming and operating NC/CNC machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with precision.
• Experience working with tight tolerances and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate NC and CNC machines using Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to manufacture parts.
• Maintain close tolerances to produce precise, functional parts.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine, program, or drawing issues.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and tape measures; document results.
• Ensure safe handling and cleanup of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with team and interact professionally with customers.
