Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some prior training or experience in machining.
• CAD/CAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate mills, lathes, EDMs and grinders to machine parts.
• Select and secure fixtures, tools, and materials for setups.
• Program tool paths to optimize speed and accuracy.
• Monitor machining processes and adjust controls to minimize scrap.
• Verify finished components against drawings and tolerances.
• Maintain work order records and communicate manufacturability concerns.
