Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/CAD/CAM files to determine tooling and tolerances.
• Set up, operate, and disassemble CNC lathes, mills, and VMCs.
• Monitor feeds and speeds; verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Test finished tools for defects and ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
