Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines for new parts with high precision and complex geometry.
• Lead continuous improvement to optimize cycle times and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to ensure timely completion.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections; edit programs to fix issues.
• Log job details and time using ERP software.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and quality standards in the workspace.
