Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines and reading technical drawings
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications accurately
• Ability to use gauges and measurements to ensure tolerances are met
• Basic math skills for decimal calculations
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components per specifications
• Verify first piece and batch quality using gauges and SPC charts
• Make adjustments to stay within tolerances and document results
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety rules
