Hourly rate ranges from $30.00 to $42.00, commensurate with experience. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position requiring adherence to OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of G-code programming and machine operation.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment to produce high-precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure correct production.
• Perform quality checks with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and LOTO procedures during maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
• Handle and position raw materials and finished parts using proper lifting techniques.
