Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and inspect parts on diverse CNC equipment, upholding strict quality and safety standards.

You will read blueprints, GD&T, and specs; perform dimensional inspections with CMMs and precision tools; and maintain clean, safe work areas. This role offers ongoing training, growth potential, and a stable long-term career in metal components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience, preferably metal components.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols.
• Proficient math and measurement skills.
• Experience using precision inspection equipment.
• Background in high-speed manufacturing environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi-axis machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, manuals, and GD&T specifications
• Perform dimensional inspections using CMMs, micrometers, depth gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Verify product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection reports
