Job summary

Wagstaff, Inc. in Hebron, Kentucky, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related production equipment to manufacture precision parts. You will interpret drawings, perform machine setup, and apply precision measuring instruments to ensure tolerances are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years CNC machining experience required.
• Able to read drawings and set up mills/lathes.
• Proficient with calipers and micrometers.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to prints.
• Use fixtures and tools to machine parts to spec.
• Perform simple CNC offset adjustments.
• Identify process improvements and implement them with teammates.
• Operate machines safely and maintain quality records.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and documentation.
