Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. We offer an air-conditioned, employee-owned environment with ESOP and a strong benefits package. You’ll operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure quality while meeting customer specifications in a compact, efficient shop.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. We provide competitive pay, bonus potential, and opportunities for OT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in machining or CNC operations.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math and instruction-following skills.
• Ability to read and apply geometric tolerancing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per specs.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for quality.
• Maintain equipment and clean work area.
• Comply with ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform safety and housekeeping duties as required.
