WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, delivering precise parts that meet customer specifications. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment, such as drill press and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
