Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Edgerton, KS is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, focusing on precise and efficient production to meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and perform measurements while ensuring quality and ISO 9001 compliance. WEBCO MFG is an employee-owned company offering an ESOP, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet quality standards.
