You will set up tooling, adjust settings for optimal performance, and inspect parts to ensure they meet exact specifications.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC equipment (3- and 5-axis vertical centers, Swiss lathes, mill-turn machines) to produce precision components.
• Select tools and adjust settings to maintain quality and performance.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments to meet specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Document setup sheets and control processes for each job.
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
