Silfex Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist 3 to operate and optimize 3- to 5-axis CNC machines, perform in-process inspections, and adjust programs as needed. The role includes mentoring junior machinists, adhering to safety and quality standards, and collaborating with engineering on procedures and lean initiatives.
You will use precision measurement tools, perform tool setups, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining Silfex’s quality management systems.
Join our team as a CNC Machinist 3. Demonstrate advanced machining capabilities, including optimizing setups, performing in‑process inspections, and making program adjustments. Collaborate with engineering and management on updating procedures and supporting special projects, while mentoring junior machinists and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
