Enerstaff, LLC is seeking a CNC Machinist for a temp-to-hire position based in Spring, TX. The role requires 1-2 years of CNC experience, basic math skills, and the ability to pass a background and drug screen.

The position operates on 2nd shift (4pm-1am, M-F; occasional training on days) with a pay range of $20-$28 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. Safety gear is required (steel toes, metatarsal guards, safety glasses).

• Examines finished pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards
• Marks identification material and stores for additional processing/shipping
• Completes work order paperwork accurately
• Performs routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections
• Assists other operators to set up machine and handle finished pieces
• Program editing (speed, feed) is a plus
• Experience with Fanuc 18i, Okuma, OSP, and Mazak

CNC Machinist (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Spring, TX 77373

2nd Shift: 4pm-1am M-F regular schedule- must be able to train on days for 2 weeks (5am-3:30pm)

Currently they are working 6/12 due to demand (4pm- 4am M-Sat)

Pay: $20-$28 with $1 shiftdifferential

Job Description:

• Reads blueprint or job order for product and job specifications such as dimensions,


• tolerances, number of parts to be run, tooling instructions or other written


• specifications.


• Sets up machine, observes operation, and inspects first run and sample work pieces to ensure machining conforms to specifications.


• Determines processing specifications such as materials, location of cutting lines, dimensions, tolerances, and operational sequences.


• Examines finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards


• Mark identification material before or after processing, store material for additional processing, and/or shipping


• Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation


• Performs routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as


• required


• Assists other machine operators to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.


• Ability to performprogram editing (speed, feed tools, etc.) is a plus.


• Experience with Fanuc 18i control, Okuma, OSP, and Mazak
