Qualifications

• 3 years of Machinist experience at a machine shop.
• 3 years of experience with various metals and complex part making.
• 2 years of experience working with large multi-axis CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate horizontal and vertical lathes, mills, and other tools as assigned.
• Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other measurement instruments.
• Read drawings and make sketches to ensure accuracy and specs.
• Rig loads and operate overhead cranes.
• Interact with co-workers in a team-like atmosphere.
• Stand on your feet at least 8 hr per day.
• Dead lift at least 60 lb.
• Assist with production planning.
• Ensure all work meets quality and documentation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
