Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years direct CNC experience or formal CNC training with 1+ year post-training experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and job orders; ability to interpret tolerances and tooling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and tend CNC runs; set up and secure tools and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and job orders to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Adjust machine controls to meet specified dimensions and tolerances; perform simple quality checks.
• Participate in quality objectives and continuous improvement within the team.
