Responsibilities

• Set up jobs, select tooling, and operate multi-axis CNC mills while ensuring high quality workmanship and personal safety.
• Create and edit NC programs, set machine zero-point references, and compensate tooling offsets.
• Interpret blueprints with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and verify adherence to specifications using common hand gauges.
• Collaborate with the inspection department to ensure top-notch product quality and contribute to a safe workplace by following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in CNC machining.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office and basic computer skills for communication and documentation.
