Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and run Multi-Axis CNC Lathes with live tooling and CNC Mills, ensuring production efficiency and part quality.

You will read blueprints with GD&T, make offsets and NC code adjustments, monitor tool wear, and perform routine maintenance while maintaining a clean work area. This on-site role requires 3–5 years of experience and relevant training, with familiarity of Mori Seiki, Mazak and Mastercam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training in CNC setups and operation.
• Ability to read blueprints with GD&T applied to parts.
• Experience with multiple CNC machines and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and debug CNC Lathes and Mill.
• Make machine tool offsets to maintain part quality.
• Make minor NC code changes as needed.
• Identify tool wear and perform changes as required.
• Read process sheets and GD&T drawings.
• Work on multiple machines and complete tasks across the day.
• Use measuring instruments and enter inspection data into software.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep area clean.
• Follow company policies and documented procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
