Job summary

The production CNC Machine Operator at Epiroc in Two Harbors, MN operates CNC multi-axis mills and lathes to produce production parts. All machines are CNC, with programs and tooling provided by engineering. Shift is 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, Monday-Thursday.

Sign-on bonus of $1,200. Requires high school or two-year diploma; experience with machined parts; Fanuc controls knowledge; basic measurement tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two-year diploma required.
• Experience with machined parts and CNC milling/turning is essential.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls and blueprints reading is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-axis CNC Mills and Lathes to produce parts.
• Evaluate tool wear, load/unload parts, and set up procedures.
• Follow production schedules and ensure quality, safety, and documentation.
